Encode "REVIEW" in Case Class
Subject : Enter Subject of this Review
Copy Paste the origin guest Review
Attach screenshot of the review - please make sure it is unique and identifiable
You can click on the attached screenshot to adjust the size
4. Go to "Attribute"
5. Encode all review related information
*** Employee Mentioned *** is an important indicator for review bonus!!!
Please cross check below link to see if it is a sponsor booking
For Employee Mentioned, please maintain in "RELATIONS"
Role = Related Entity
Type = Employee
Document = Select mentioned Employee
NEW - This case is newly created; no one is handling yet.
OPEN - This case is currently in progress, owner in charge is maintained in "Response"
CLOSED - This case has been solved, with closure notes attached.
Congratdulation 🎉🎉🎉🎉 You can proceed with CLOSE it directly.
Please click "OPEN" and assign Owner in Charge
Once it is solved, please click "Close" and leave Action Note to close the case
