💡 Currently you can only use mobile to UPDATE or add attachment, the team is still working on how to CREATE a case through mobile
Go to "CRM" - "Cases"
Search your case by subject
Go to Activities and click "..."Â
to Create Note
Enter "Summary" as subjectÂ
then Click "Activity Details"
to encode your full details

You might enter in "view mode"
click "Edit" to enable editing

Click "<" to go back previous page when you finish editing
Click "Activity" to attach photo or screenshot
You will see "Activity Details" and "Attachment" are successully updated
Click "Save"
Then you will see your "note" activity being added :)
